Additive Manufacturing and Related Services \/ Us\u0142ugi Druku 3D i Projektowania<\/strong><\/p>

    1. PAYMENT TERMS & DEPOSITS \/ P\u0141ATNO\u015aCI I ZALICZKI<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      EN:<\/strong>
      1.1. 50\/50 Split:<\/strong> The total Charges shall be split into two installments:
      a) A 50% Deposit<\/strong> payable in advance. The 50% deposit represents the Contractor’s commitment of resources and materials to a bespoke order and is non-refundable once work has commenced.<\/strong>
      b) The remaining 50% Balance<\/strong> payable upon completion, prior to dispatch.
      1.2. Refund of Deposit:<\/strong> The Deposit will only be refunded if the Contractor determines, after technical assessment, that the project cannot be completed according to the Customer’s essential specifications.
      1.3. Variations:<\/strong> If technical nuances or increased complexity arise, the Contractor reserves the right to adjust the Charges after prior consultation and approval by the Customer.<\/p>

      PL:<\/strong>
      1.1. System 50\/50:<\/strong> Ca\u0142kowita kwota zostaje roz\u0142o\u017cona na dwie raty:
      a) Zaliczka 50%<\/strong> p\u0142atna z g\u00f3ry. Zaliczka 50% reprezentuje zaanga\u017cowanie zasob\u00f3w i materia\u0142\u00f3w w zam\u00f3wienie personalizowane i staje si\u0119 bezzwrotna w momencie rozpocz\u0119cia prac.<\/strong>
      b) P\u0142atno\u015b\u0107 ko\u0144cowa 50%<\/strong> p\u0142atna po zako\u0144czeniu prac, przed wysy\u0142k\u0105.
      1.2. Zwrot zaliczki:<\/strong> Zaliczka zostanie zwr\u00f3cona wy\u0142\u0105cznie w przypadku, gdy Wykonawca po analizie technicznej uzna, \u017ce nie jest w stanie wykona\u0107 zlecenia zgodnie z wytycznymi Klienta.
      1.3. Dop\u0142aty:<\/strong> Je\u015bli wyst\u0105pi\u0105 techniczne niuanse lub wzro\u015bnie stopie\u0144 skomplikowania, Wykonawca zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany wyceny po uprzedniej konsultacji i zgodzie Klienta.<\/p>

      1. FORMATION OF CONTRACT \/ ZAWARCIE UMOWY<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        EN:<\/strong>
        2.1. A binding contract is formed only upon the issuance of an Order Acceptance<\/strong> by the Contractor and receipt of the Deposit.
        2.2. All delivery dates are non-binding estimates<\/strong>. Time shall not be of the essence.<\/p>

        2.1. Wi\u0105\u017c\u0105ca umowa zostaje zawarta wy\u0142\u0105cznie w momencie wys\u0142ania Akceptacji Zam\u00f3wienia<\/strong> przez Wykonawc\u0119 i zaksi\u0119gowania Zaliczki.
        2.2. Terminy dostaw s\u0105 niewi\u0105\u017c\u0105cymi szacunkami<\/strong>. Czas nie jest elementem kluczowym.<\/p>

        1. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS \/ SPECYFIKACJA TECHNICZNA<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          EN:<\/strong>
          3.1. 3D printing is subject to technical tolerances<\/strong>. Visible layers or minor imperfections are inherent characteristics and do not constitute a defect.
          3.2. The Contractor reserves the right to modify electronic Materials (STL\/CAD) to ensure manufacturability.<\/p>

          PL:<\/strong>
          3.1. Druk 3D podlega tolerancjom technicznym<\/strong>. Widoczne warstwy i drobne niedoskona\u0142o\u015bci s\u0105 cech\u0105 technologii i nie stanowi\u0105 wady.
          3.2. Wykonawca zastrzega sobie prawo do modyfikacji plik\u00f3w (STL\/CAD) w celu umo\u017cliwienia druku.<\/p>

          1. NO REFUND POLICY \/ BRAK ZWROT\u00d3W<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            EN:<\/strong> Pursuant to UK\/EU law, the Customer has no right to cancel<\/strong> or return goods once production has commenced, as these are bespoke, custom-made items.
            PL:<\/strong> Zgodnie z prawem UK\/UE, Klientowi nie przys\u0142uguje prawo do zwrotu<\/strong> ani anulowania zam\u00f3wienia po rozpocz\u0119ciu produkcji (produkty personalizowane).<\/p>

            1. COMPLAINTS & LIABILITY \/ REKLAMACJE I ODPOWIEDZIALNO\u015a\u0106<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              EN:<\/strong>
              5.1. 30-Day Response:<\/strong> The Contractor shall have 30 days<\/strong> to respond to any claim.
              5.2. Limitation of Liability:<\/strong> Total liability is strictly limited to the actual amount paid<\/strong> by the Customer for the specific Service. Consequential losses are excluded.<\/p>

              PL:<\/strong>
              5.1. 30 dni na odpowied\u017a:<\/strong> Wykonawca ma 30 dni<\/strong> na rozpatrzenie reklamacji.
              5.2. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialno\u015bci:<\/strong> Odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 Wykonawcy jest ograniczona wy\u0142\u0105cznie do kwoty faktycznie zap\u0142aconej<\/strong> przez Klienta. Odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 za szkody po\u015brednie jest wy\u0142\u0105czona.<\/p>

              1. FINAL PROVISIONS \/ POSTANOWIENIA KO\u0143COWE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                EN:<\/strong> This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
